Treiber Modell
mga G100, G200, G400, G450, G550 u.a.
mtx P650, P690, P750, QID, Parhelia 256, APVe u.a.

Installation

Folgende Pakete müssen installiert [2] werden:

  • linux-headers-generic (der Architektur entsprechend [4] )

  • build-essential

Befehl zum Installieren der Pakete:

sudo apt-get install linux-headers-generic build-essential

  • gcc-3.4

Befehl zum Installieren der Pakete:

sudo apt-get install gcc-3.4

sudo ln -s /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.15-27-386 /lib/modules/2.6.15-27-386/build

sudo mkdir /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.back
sudo mv /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so* /usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.back

Eintrag # defoptions=

## additional options to use with the default boot option, but not with the
## alternatives
## e.g. defoptions=vga=791 resume=/dev/hda5
# defoptions=quiet nosplash locale=de_DE

Eintrag kernel=
